How long does it take to be installed?
G98 application - typically within 3 weeks if a fastball install is required. Generally speaking our timeframe is 2-6 weeks.
G99 - If we can process a Fast Track application with National Grid, it can also be within 3 weeks, though generally, we advise 6 weeks from site visit to installation day to allow time for the DNO application to be approved.
How long does it take for me to get a quote?
Turnaround time after a site visit to providing an install quote is a maximum of 72hours.
How can I get a consultation and quote for my project?
Give us a call or send us an email. We will then arrange a suitable time for a site visit and a full quote will be provided to you within 72 hours.
Drone footage, Roof measurements taken and images are all gathered on a site survey to allow for a seamless installation.
Do you have case studies of past successful projects?
We have excellent relationships with our customers who are keen to speak to any prospective customers. We are completely transparent and encourage honest reccomendations.
What access equipment will be used?
Full scaffolding is usually required on our installs. We ensure edge protection and everything is checked and signed off prior to use.
Edge protection is also installed as per risk asessment on all of our commercials works unless it can be negated through the use of a central fall arrest line.
Are you insured for this work?
We hold public Liability and professional indemnity insurance for all our work. We are covered for working at heights and all Solar PV related services.
What qualifications do you hold?
Only fully qualified and time served tradespeople work on our projects. Senior management hold their Gold ECS card and SMSTS qualification with the responsibility for the companies Health and Safety. All industry relevant qualifications such a Solar and Battery specific qualifications are also held and City and Guilds Electrotechnical Qualifications for all work carried out.

How soon can I get an installation?
We have turned around a 'fast track' 5kW install with 12 panels and 2 batteries within a week. From Site Visit to comissioning and handover it was 7 days.

Do you install bird protection?
We install Bird Protection as standard on all of our installations.
No drilling of panels and no dodgy bird spikes that blow off in a breeze either.
We install PVC coated mesh with robust clips, no silicone or bodges. "That'll do" Certainly will not do in our book.

Are you MCS approved?
We are MCS approved for Solar PV and Batteries.
We also hold PAS2030 for ECO4 and are authorised under the GreenDeal scheme.
Are you a member of a consumer code?
Yes. We are members of the RECC (Renewal Energy Consumer Code).
